How to Redeem

Collect a Mystery Enamel Pin when you:

• Spend every RM150 in a single receipt on BTSTP Entrance Tickets (walk-in or online)
• Spend every RM50 in a single receipt at Terry’s Carnival Game, Level 5
• Spend every RM30 in a single receipt at Bubbles Café, Level 7
• Spend every RM50 in a single receipt at Souvenir Shop, Level 7
• Leave a Google Review at Souvenir Shop, Level 7

Terms & Conditions

• BTSTP Pin-tastic 22 Mystery Enamel Pin is organized by Berjaya Times Square Theme Park Bhd. (hereby known as the “Organiser”).
• The Organiser reserves the right to vary, amend, delete and/or modify the terms and conditions as stipulated herein without prior notice to any person.

ELIGIBILTY

• Campaign is open to all Customers who meet the spending or participation requirements stated above (“Eligible Participant”)
• Employees of the Organiser, Berjaya Times Square Sdn. Bhd. and its partners, sponsors, event agencies and their immediately family members are not eligible to participate in this campaign.

CAMPAIGN PERIOD

• Campaign period is from 8^th September – 30^th September 2025 or such extended date as determined at the sole and absolute discretion of the Organiser.

 REDEMPTION MECHANICS

• Eligible Participant will receive one (1) Mystery Enamel Pin per qualifying transaction.
• Eligible Participant is required to present his or her proof of purchase for any transaction made before redeeming the enamel pins.
• Receipts from different outlets cannot be combined. Each redemption MUST BE from the respective participating outlet (BTSTP Ticketing Counter, Terry’s Carnival Game, Bubbles Café, or Souvenir Shop) and pins MUST BE collected at the same outlet of purchase.
• The enamel pin design inside the packaging is randomly packed and cannot be chosen or exchanged prior to redemption.
• Enamel pins are available while stocks last. Once stock is fully redeemed, no further pins will be issued.
• Daily redemption applies. Once the daily allocation is fully redeemed, no further pins will be issued for that day.

DESIGNS & AVAILABILITY

• A total of four (4) limited-edition pin designs is available to collect.
• Distribution of designs is random. BTSTP does not guarantee that Eligible Participant will receive different designs for multiple purchases.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

• Enamel pins received are non-exchangeable, non-returnable, and non-refundable, including duplicates.
• No replacement will be given for lost, stolen, or damaged pins after redemption.

 OTHER CONDITIONS

• The Organiser reserves the right to vary, amend, delete and/or modify the prizes as stipulated herein without prior notice to any person.
• The Organiser reserves its absolute discretion to disqualify any participation that does not fulfil the campaign’s terms and conditions.
• By participating in this campaign, all Eligible Participations warrant that all statement, personal details are true, correct, accurate and complete and they have read and understood all the Terms and Conditions of this Campaign and agree to be unconditionally bound by it.
• By entering this campaign, all Eligible Participants shall agree to appear in internet, videos, photographs, write ups which may be used in advertising (any form of media) or other materials of the Organiser.
• Eligible Participants shall not be entitled to any payment for such use, or for any re-use, and acknowledge that all copyright, including the right to reproduce likeness or image shall belong to the Organiser absolutely; and to release and discharge the Organiser from any claim in relation to the Organiser’s use of likeness or image.
• All decision(s) made by the Organiser pertaining to this campaign and/or cancellation thereof shall be at its sole and absolute discretion and shall be final and conclusive. Appeal(s) will not be entertained.

SAFETY

• Participants take part at their own risk. Berjaya Times Square Theme Park, it’s group of Companies and the hosting venue will not be held responsible for any injury that may be sustained during the campaign.
• Participants may take certain inherent risks when involved in any physical activity. Participation in this campaign indicates the acceptance of such risks by the participants. Therefore, upon registration to any BTSTP event, it is agreed that participants will not hold Berjaya Times Square Theme Park, it’s group of Companies, its Director or employees responsible for injuries that occur or illnesses that may be contracted during the campaign.
• As the BTSTP campaign is open to the public, Berjaya Times Square Theme Park encourages all attendees to:
  • supervise children at all times;
  • be responsible for personal belongings;
  • be aware of the surroundings of the venue and emergency exits;
  • inform a BTSTP employee of any unsuitable or suspicious activity and;
  • stay safe and have fun while joining the BTSTP campaign.
