How to Refer a Friend:

1. Be an active UPP holder and refer a friend/family member to purchase their Ultimate Play Pass (UPP).
2. Your friend/ family member buys the UPP online (via BTSTP website) and enters your UPP ID as the referral code.
3. They read, agree to the Terms & Conditions and complete payment.
4. The new UPP is valid for 12 months from the purchase date.

Reward Issuance:

• Once your referral qualifies, you’ll be notified by our Sales Team.
• Confirm who the complimentary UPP (Adult/Child) is for.
• Your reward will be issued with validity from your referee’s purchase date.
• You’ll receive confirmation with redemption details.

• This promotion is exclusive to online UPP purchases made via the BTSTP official website.
• New customers must provide the referring active UPP holder’s ID and details during checkout for verification before payment is completed. Incomplete or incorrect details may disqualify the referral.
• Only verified active UPP holders are eligible to receive the referral reward. BTSTP reserves the right to verify membership status before issuing any complimentary UPP.
• Each active UPP holder can refer a maximum of one new UPP member per referral reward. BTSTP reserves the right to limit or reject multiple referrals.
• Complimentary UPPs are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Any misuse or fraudulent activity may result in forfeiture of the reward.
• The promotion period is from 19^th December 2025 to 18^th March 2026 (3 months).
