Responsibilities:

The mascot player is responsible for performing as the official mascot of the organization at various events, including games, community appearances, and promotional activities. The role requires high energy, creativity, and the ability to interact positively with fans of all ages.

 

Overall Responsibilities:

1. Performance:

• • Perform as the mascot at all assigned events, including games, public appearances, community events, and promotional activities.
  • Engage with fans, especially children, by posing for photos and participating in interactive skits or activities.
  • Maintain high energy and enthusiasm throughout the duration of the event.

2. Fan Interaction:

• • Create a memorable and positive experience for fans through entertaining performances and interactions.
  • Represent the organization with professionalism and adhere to its brand image and values.

 

3. Character Maintenance:

• • Maintain the mascot costume in good condition, ensuring it is clean and presentable for all events.
  • Report any damages or wear and tear to the appropriate department for repairs or replacement.

 

4. Event Preparation:

• • Collaborate with the events and marketing teams to plan and execute skits, routines, or performances.
  • Participate in rehearsals, meetings, and training sessions as required.

5. Community Engagement:

• • Attend community outreach events such as charity events, school visits, and parades to promote the organization and build positive relationships with the community.
  • Be a positive ambassador for the organization at all times.

 

6. Safety:

• • Ensure the safety of yourself and others during performances by following all safety guidelines and being aware of your surroundings.
  • Be mindful of the physical demands of the job, such as heat, limited visibility, and movement restrictions while in costume.
