Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of F&B retail outlets to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Manage stock ordering, inventory control, and ensure optimal stock levels at all times.
• Monitor stock movement, minimize wastage, and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Lead and supervise F&B Supervisor and crew to ensure high performance and service standards.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for timely stock replenishment.
• Drive sales performance and support merchandising and promotional activities.

 

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in F&B retail operations.
• Strong experience in stock ordering, inventory management, and cost control.
• Proven experience in leading and managing teams.
• Hands-on, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
