Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities:
  • To handle birthday, school and corporate function coordination.
  • Provide sufficient information and marketing collaterals to client for birthday, corporate companies and government division to promote Theme Park.
  • To send out the function order for all function to the suppliers once confirmation documents have been finalized by the Sales Coordinator.
  • To check all the flows & coordination of the function due to the confirmation document as per customer requirement.
  • To do a checklist according to what the function order stated for the event.
  • Attend to leads provided by marketing and promotions department and close sales.
  • Maintain good rapport with existing customers and birthday event’s guest during the function.
  • To assist in corporate event, travel agents, school and birthday function when needed.
  • To liaise with supplier on event’s items delivery and set up.
  • To assist setup coordination for every after confirmation from the sales personnel.
  • To attend to any ad-hoc on ground activities.
  • Organize function and events (birthday, school, family day, team building and company outing).
  • To check and report on event’s materials to ensure stock level always sufficient to accommodate for the next 3 events.
  • To prepare monthly sales performance report for management
