Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing excellent service to customers of BTSTP in accordance with the company’s policies & procedures.
• Operate the rides and attraction according to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s).
• Load and unload rides.
• Ensure all customers safety and comply to safety measures at all times.
• Report any machinery failure and maintenance required to the supervisor.
• Promoting and make recommend to customers for other attractions in the theme park.
• Liaise with other departments such as cleaning, maintenance and guest services on a need’s basis.
