TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

BUBBLES BERAYA SNAP AND WIN CONTEST TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. “Bubbles Beraya Snap and Win” contest is organised by Berjaya Times Square Theme Park Sdn. Bhd.  (hereby known as the “Organiser”). Instagram and TikTok holds no liability for this Campaign.
  2. The Organiser reserves the right to vary, amend, delete and/or modify the terms and conditions as stipulated herein without prior notice to any person.

 

ELIGIBILITY

  1. Contest period is from 22nd April 2023 – 20th May 2023 or such extended date as determined at the sole and absolute discretion of the organiser.
  2. Contest is open to all Malaysian citizens, aged 18 and above (“Eligible Participant”). Theme Park ticket purchase is required.
  3. Employees of the organiser, Berjaya Times Square Theme Park Sdn Bhd, its partners, sponsors, event agencies and their immediate family member are not eligible to participate in this Contest.
  4. Eligible participants must follow Berjaya Times Square Theme Park’s official Instagram (@BerjayaTimesSquareThemePark) or TikTok (@btsthemeparkkl).

 

CAMPAIGN REQUIREMENTS

To participate in this campaign:-

  1. Eligible participants can only participate once (1) per ticket.
  2. Contest entries may only be submitted via the stated medium of communication.
  3. The contest will be closed at 11.59pm on 20th May 2023.
  4. Winner’s announcement will be made through Berjaya Times Square Theme Park official Instagram and TikTok account.
  5. Any irrelevant, late or incomplete entries will not be entertained and shall be automatically disqualified.
  6. The organiser reserves its absolute discretion to disqualify any entries that does not fulfil the contest’s terms and conditions.
  7. The organiser reserves the right to disqualify and/or reject any entry that does not meet the rules and regulations of the redemption including entry submitted with incomplete, invalid or incorrect information.

 

PRIZES

  1. Prize is strictly non-transferable. There will be a total of 20 winners.
  2. Winners are required to complete the “Personal Data Protection Act” consent form with mandatory personal details.
  3. Winners are required to produce their original NRIC, winning messages and theme park ticket for verification to claim their prizes.
  4. Winners are required to send a message with their full name, NRIC no., mobile number, and email address to Berjaya Times Square Theme Park’s Official page for Instagram or TikTok by 6th June 2023. Any delay in sending the private message to Berjaya Times Square Theme Park’s Instagram or TikTok Official page, your prize shall be forfeited without any notice to you or liability to the organiser.
  5. Winners must collect their prizes within one (1) month by 30th June 2023. Any delay in claiming, the prizes shall be forfeited without any notice or liability to the organiser.

 

 

  1. The organiser will not be responsible or liable for any loss in connection with the contest, including but not limited to the following:
    1. Any problem, loss, or damage of whatsoever nature suffered by any party due to any delay and/or failure in receiving and/or sending the entry as a result of any network, communication or system error, interruption and/or failure of the internet line. This includes error in notification of the Campaign’s winners, omission, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, internet line failure, theft, destruction or unauthorized access to entries, PC hang whether arising due to server function, virus, bug or other causes beyond its control.
    2. Any problem, expenses, damage, loss, suits and claims of whatsoever notice against any Eligible Participates that may arise due to their participation in this Campaign and/or display of Eligible Participants’ entries.

 

OTHERS

  1. By participating in this contest, all eligible participations warrant that all statement, personal details are true, correct, accurate and complete and that they have read and understood all the terms and conditions of this contest and agree to be unconditionally bound by it.
  2. By entering this campaign, all eligible participants shall agree to appear in internet, videos, photographs, write ups which may be used in advertising (any form of media) or other materials of the organiser.
  3. Eligible participants shall not be entitled to any payment for such use, or for any re-use, and acknowledge that all copyright, including the right to reproduce likeness or image shall belong to the organiser absolutely; and to release and discharge the organiser from any claim in relation to the organiser’s use of likeness or image.
  4. All decision(s) made by the organiser pertaining to this campaign and/or cancellation thereof shall be at its sole and absolute discretion and shall be final and conclusive. Appeal(s) will not be entertained.

 

SAFETY

  1. Participants take part at their own risk. Berjaya Times Square Theme Park and the hosting venue will not be held responsible for any injury that may be sustained during the contest.
  2. Participants may take certain inherent risks when involved in any physical activity. Participation in this contest indicates the acceptance of such risks by the participants. Therefore, upon registration to any Berjaya Times Square Theme Park event, it is agreed that participants will not hold Berjaya Times Square Theme Park, its director or employees responsible for injuries that occur or illnesses that may be contracted during the campaign.
  3. Due to Berjaya Times Square Theme Park contest being open to the public, Berjaya Times Square Theme Park encourages all attendees to:
  • supervise children at all times;
  • be responsible for personal belongings;
  • be aware of the surroundings of the venue and emergency exits;
  • inform a Berjaya Times Square Theme Park employee of any unsuitable or suspicious activity and;
  • Stay safe and have fun while attending Berjaya Times Square Theme Park campaign.
