HOW TO PARTICIPATE

• All BTSTP’s visitors are eligible to join the campaign that will be only held between 2.30pm to 4.30pm during campaign date.
• Participants will have the chances to win more cash prizes with 3 steps as below:-

Task 1: Lucky Golden Egg (To win Ang Pow cash of RM8)

• Participants may grab only one (1) capsule from the box/pool.
• Participants who get the RM8 note may bring back home the red packet contained of RM8 cash or proceed to the next task to win bigger cash prize.
• Once the participants decided to proceed to the next task, RM8 prize will be forfeited.

Task 2: Mystery Guest (To win Ang Pow cash of RM88)

• Participants will need to look for a mystery guest (e.g. someone dressed in red).
• After a participant has found the mystery guest, they need to take a photo with him/her and share it to their social media such as FB/Instagram and tag @Berjaya Times Square Theme Park.
• Participants who successfully allocate the mystery guest may bring back home the red packet contained of RM88 cash or proceed to the next task to win bigger cash prize.

Task 3: Golden coin (To win Ang Pow cash of RM888)

• Participants need to look for 8 golden coins that hidden around the theme park.
• The first participant who brings the eight (8) valid gold coins within the time period to our registration counter, will be crowned as the winner of this treasure hunt and awarded with RM888 cash of Ang Pow.

RABBIT BUBBLES TREASURE HUNT Campaign Terms and Conditions

1. RABBIT BUBBLES TREASURE HUNT is organised by Berjaya Times Square Theme Park Sdn. Bhd.  (hereby know as the “Organiser”). Facebook holds no liability for this Campaign.
2. The Organiser reserves the right to vary, amend, delete and/or modify the terms and conditions as stipulated herein without prior notice to any person.

ELIGIBILITY

1. Campaign period is from 21^st January 2023 – 27^th January 2023 or such extended date as determined at the sole and absolute discretion of the Organiser.
2. Campaign is open to all visitors aged 18 and above (“Eligible Participant”) with Berjaya Times Square Theme Park valid tickets.
3. Employees of the Organiser, Berjaya Times Square Sdn. Bhd. And its partners, sponsors, event agencies and their immediately family members are not eligible to participate in this Campaign.
4. Eligible Participants must follow and like Berjaya Times Square Theme Park’s Official Facebook or Instagram page @BerjayaTimesSquareThemePark.

CAMPAIGN REQUIREMENTS

To participate in this campaign:-

1. Eligible Participants can only participate once (1) per ticket.
2. Participants are required to present their valid BTSTP’s entrance ticket before joining the campaign.
3. Campaign entries may only be submitted via the stated medium of communication.
4. The campaign will be closed at 4.30pm on 27 January 2023.
5. Winner’s announcement will be made through Berjaya Times Square.
6. Any irrelevant, late or incomplete entries will not be entertained and shall be automatically disqualified.
7. The Organiser reserves its absolute discretion to disqualify any entries that does not fulfil the Campaign’s terms and conditions.
8. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify and/or reject any entry that does not meet the rules and regulations of the Redemption including entry submitted with incomplete, invalid or incorrect information.

PRIZES

1. Winners will receive RM 8 / RM 88 or RM 888; Prize is strictly non-transferable. There will be a total of 61 winners per day.
2. Winners are required to complete the Personal Data Protection Act consent form with mandatory personal details.
3. Winners are required to show their original NRIC or passport and winning messages for verification to claim their prizes.
4. Winners must collect their prizes by 4:30pm on the same day. Any delay in claiming, the prizes shall be forfeited without any notice or liability to the Organiser.
5. Winners shall collect their prizes in person at the campaign area located at Level 5, Berjaya Times Square Theme Park at the designated time period by Berjaya Times Square Theme Park.
6. All winners shall be personally liable for all costs and expenses that may be incurred pursuant to the collection, usage or utilization of the prize, including but not limited to insurance, taxes, fees or any other related costs and expenses.
7. The organiser will not be responsible or liable for any loss in connection with the campaign, including but not limited to the following:
   1. Any problem, loss, or damage of whatsoever nature suffered by any party due to any delay and/or failure in receiving and/or sending the entry as a result of any network, communication or system error, interruption and/or failure of the internet line. This includes error in notification of the Campaign’s winners, omission, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, internet line failure, theft, destruction or unauthorized access to entries, PC hang whether arising due to server function, virus, bug or other causes beyond its control.
   2. Any problem, expenses, damage, loss, suits and claims of whatsoever notice against any Eligible Participates that may arise due to their participation in this campaign and/or display of Eligible Participants’ entries.

OTHERS

1. By participating in this campaign, all Eligible Participations warrant that all statement, personal details are true, correct, accurate and complete and they have read and understood all the Terms and Conditions of this Campaign and agree to be unconditionally bound by it.
2. By entering this campaign, all Eligible Participants shall agree to appear in internet, videos, photographs, write ups which may be used in advertising (any form of media) or other materials of the Organiser.
3. Eligible Participants shall not be entitled to any payment for such use, or for any re-use, and acknowledge that all copyright, including the right to reproduce likeness or image shall belong to the Organiser absolutely; and to release and discharge the Organiser from any claim in relation to the Organiser’s use of likeness or image.
4. All decision(s) made by the Organiser pertaining to this campaign and/or cancellation thereof shall be at its sole and absolute discretion and shall be final and conclusive. Appeal(s) will not be entertained.

SAFETY

1. Participants take part at their own risk. Berjaya Times Square Theme Park and the hosting venue will not be held responsible for any injury that may be sustained during the campaign.
2. Participants may take certain inherent risks when involved in any physical activity. Participation in this competition indicates the acceptance of such risks by the participants. Therefore, upon registration to any Berjaya Times Square Theme Park event, it is agreed that participants will not hold Berjaya Times Square Theme Park, its Director or employees responsible for injuries that occur or illnesses that may be contracted during the campaign.
3. Due to Berjaya Times Square Theme Park campaign being open to the public, Berjaya Times Square Theme Park encourages all attendees to:

• supervise children at all times;
• be responsible for personal belongings;
• be aware of the surroundings of the venue and emergency exits;
• inform a Berjaya Times Square Theme Park employee of any unsuitable or suspicious activity and;
• Stay safe and have fun while attending Berjaya Times Square Theme Park campaign.
